Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Iota Pi Zeta Chapter was established in 1979 in Poughkeepsie, New York. We are committed to promoting and fostering the ideas and principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.

Our members are dedicated to servicing the three (3) Hudson Valley counties of Dutchess, Orange and Ulster. We provide support and aid through Z-Hope (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) projects; providing scholarships to high school seniors; educating the community about autism, mental illness and prematurity in births rates along with the work of the March of Dimes. We continue to provide service to the community through our outreach programs such as local soup kitchens, Senior Christmas Party and our Adopt a Highway program in Poughkeepsie.

While promoting the four (4) Principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority (Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood), we ultimately are increasing the visibility of Zeta in the Hudson Valley.
